Have you ever felt “not good enough”? Have you ever thought someone was judging you? Have you ever been worried about what your manager / supervisor might say? These may all be aspects of transference or countertransference.
In this interactive workshop we will explore the sources of transference and countertransference, how it can affect our daily lives and how it may stop us getting what we really want.
Our seminars are offered on the basis of 'pay what you can' / give a donation - there will be QR codes on the evening to link to our payment platform.
