This is a gentle, structured online space to help you shift from writing paralysis to writing
purpose. Whether you're facing an upcoming assignment, exploring the shape of a future
article, or simply want to deepen your connection with writing as part of your therapeutic

Aims:
By the end of the workshop, attendees will be able to:
• Reflect on their personal and professional relationship with writing.
• Build confidence in psychotherapy academic writing.
• Understand the differences between writing for assignments, reflective journaling, research papers, and articles for publication.
• Apply script theory, including personal and education scripts, to writing blocks, internal criticism, creative flow, deadline difficulties.
• Create a personalised writing map they can return to in future projects.
