We've all heard of OCD and may have felt at some point in our life that we've become more obsessive (thoughts) or compulsive (behaviours).
OCD is considered to be the fourth most common health disorder after depression, substance abuse, and anxiety.
There is a big overlap between Neurodivergent diagnoses and OCD tendencies.
In this seminar, we will explore the multiple forms of OCD and OCPD and how one might be liberated from these.
Seminar Presenter: Susie Hewitt is the Director of Psychotherapy Institute; a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst and a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist & Supervisor. She has an MSc in Psychotherapy from Middlesex University and has run a Private Practice in Greater Manchester since early 2009. She has a particular interest in Obsessions and Compulsions personally and has worked with OCD in its various guises within her practice.
