In this seminar you will be introduced to two techniques for self soothing and reducing hyperarousal.
Sava Allott :- Is a UKCP accredited psychotherapist. She holds a postgraduate level 7 diploma in Transactional Analysis from an Integrative Perspective and is now in the process of working towards achieving her CTA. As a Psychotherapist Sava enjoys developing creative techniques that help her clients heal and has a continuing passion in the subject's of dream analysis, mythology and alchemy.
